Re-arrange and remix Portmaster feature page

Browse source 
- hide network rating system (feature is hidden & we are not even sure if we will support this in the future)
- improve headers & paragraphs of defaults to highlight what Portmaster does out of the box
- move prompt feature / image further down and re-shift attention there to "Your Own Rules"
