New Feature (Step 1): Add new blacklist-domains.conf include file.
...
- FEATURE NOT IN OPERATION YET
- This is to test that update-ngblocker safely pulls new include file during update to avoid any Nginx EMERG errors once the feature is introduced into the globalblacklist.conf file.
